New requests appear in Orders. Email alerts are attempted when a request is submitted; the list records whether your mail server accepted the alert. Mail-server acceptance does not prove inbox delivery.

Order requests are separate from captured payments. An unpaid request is not a confirmed sale.
Your gifting, in numbers.
QAR · Dates use Qatar time. Captured sales and refunds are grouped by payment-event date, not order date. Unpaid requests are excluded from sales. Net collected is before bank fees, tax and product costs.
Sales by product
New reviews stay pending until you approve them. Approved reviews are public; rejecting a review hides it. These are customer-submitted comments, not verified purchases.

After approval, integrate sandbox credentials on the server, then verify signed payment webhooks and reconcile settlements. Only a verified captured payment should create paid revenue, trigger a paid-order notification and release an order for fulfilment.
